BalloonLoan[]
BalloonLoan is a Tech in Chrono Cross. This level 5 Tech is used by Skelly and is acquired automatically at 15 Stars. When used, Skelly blows up a balloon, which floats above him and pops over his head in a splash of colors, healing him and boosting his attack temporarily. Unlike other single target healing techs like Razzly's Raz-Heart or Irenes' MerMelody, this tech can only target Skelly.
