The Crimson Blade (also known as Red Katana in the SNES/PS version) is Crono's sixth-level katana in Chrono Trigger. It has an attack power of 30 and increases the magic stat by 2. It can be bought at Truce or Melchior's Cabin for 4500G and sold for 2250G.
Despite its name, its sprite's blade is colored red-orange, while its slashing trail is the same of that of the Wooden Sword, Silver Sword and Thunder Blade, only it is colored orange-red instead.
