MoonShine is a tech used in Chrono Cross. After receiving 5 boss stars, Harle raises the defense of the entire party by 20% and decreases magic damage by 25%. When cast, Harle jumps in the air with a blood-colored moon and silver sparkles in the backdrop.
Etymology[]
Ironically, Moonshine is a type of distilled beverage with excessively high alcohol content. Its use here seems more literal, but may be a pun of that beverage.
