Steel Runner is a character in Chrono Trigger. They have the same sprite as the Royal Guard and is one of the contestants in the Millennial Fair races during the Present, along with Green Ambler, Catalack, and G.I. Jogger. Steel Runner wins the race about 20% of the time.
